S Illinois | Correct. It was a shipment made that last few days in Aug.
According to the report data, the shipment was an old crop sale to unknown that was switched to China as the final destination with some minor additional sales tacked on just due to final loaded shipment size. I don’t know of any way to tell how long ago that actual unknown sale was made however.
Edit: For those not super familiar with the size of shipments, that one boatload shipped out of 67k mt is about 2.5 million bu.
