Day Co. SD | About 10yrs back our good local store was still open back then. I needed upper ball joints on a Chev 1/2 ton. They actually had 3 brands in stock!! So we opened all the boxes and gave them a good look over. All three were in sealed plastic bags. All 3 had the exact same size bag and sealed in the exact same spot with the exact same sealing machine. 1 company was making them for everyone.
There was $10 gap in prices. $25-35.
Found out power steering hoses was the same story also. | |
