Hooker Twp,Ne		He’s just an exaggerator/ dramatizer. If one person says its dry or to wet in there back yard he says it’s that way in the whole state. He thinks if somewhere in a county it rains 3 inches the whole state recieved 3 inches. Hope someone gets (LUCKY) tonite then we’ll all get LUCKY. Hehehe
