No they lived up to the agreement as it was written
But it seems you and TACO didn't understand or comprehend the agrement. But what's worse is even almost 4 years later you still can't comprehend the agreement.
All of the 3 articles stated the Chinese did NOT meet their purchase obligations of Phase 1.
All 3 authors said the Phase 1 deal was “flawed”.
All articles FAIL to mention that China stayed covid lockdown until 2022. China economy was chugging at less than 50% with suspect growth rates 3 times LESS than pre Wuhan flu. There was no v bottom recovery for China.
