I’ll get in trouble because I have not read much of this thread or the video posted.
Leverage is always great until it isn’t. When you leverage yourself with 10,20,30 year notes things can be great for 5 years. But when the sheet hits the fan one can get upside down in a hurry. Was it mismanagement? Maybe? Bad things happen to good people everyday. When you over leverage yourself (usually you don’t know it until it’s too late) you have to admit you took the risk that bad things could happen. Murphy’s Law loves to visit whenever given the opportunity. parts.
Yep. 30 years is a very long time. That envelope shows up in the mail every year no matter what mother nature or the cbot did to you. |
