They can come on thru if they are in road row. Here they ran as close to poles as they could. They tried to buy a easement to put in field, no way.

Have signs printed with "warning, subsurface buried drainage pipe below. Call Jay at 838374748 before digging"

Put them over all your known tiles. The ones you don't know, start finding them now.

Then make them directional bore 9+ feet below surface under your pipes.

I also highly recommend installing 10'+ of dual wall or pvc pipe above Thier conduit before they pull the fiber, if old clay tile.

Good luck and stay after them. Warn any neighbors that your water goes thru that has road frontage, ask to put your signs up.
