Yes it does. Spectrum is not on the list of utility companies recognized by PUCO. Here is the list: https://puco.ohio.gov/documents-and-rules/list


Spectrum is on the list. There’s 4 companies listed as spectrum.


Onvoy Spectrum is a different company than Spectrum internet.

Spectrum internet is owned by Charter Communications. They are a cable and internet company. I think this is the one I am dealing with.

Onvoy, LLC is a telecommunications company that provides wholesale VoIP (Voice over IP), phone numbers, and carrier services to other providers. They sometimes appear on caller ID or billing records. Onvoy has operated under several affiliated entities, including "Onvoy Spectrum, LLC."
