They’re laying it here in the county right of way. Nobody is contesting it, but they’re operating in a “find it by plowing through it and then fix it” process. We had lots of waterlines running under county road. No tiles.
So far only one is seeping where they put a compression coupling in an old (60 years) 1/2” galvanized line. They’ve been asked to come back and fix it but nothing yet.
They plowed through an irrigation mainline a couple years ago putting fiber down a county road ditch. Couldn't get anyone to fix it until we threatened to fix it ourselves via excavator.
They had a contractor on site the next day to get it fixed. |
Spectrum wants to lay cable in the road ROW but no easement?
