CNY | In NY the Township has a right of way along both sides of every road. They can put anything through it for the "public good". In about 2017 they ran tube down every road in the shoulder to someday put fiber optic cable in for high speed internet everywhere. Typical NY scam, the contractor did the tube and no cable has been pulled through it anywhere that I know of 8 years later.
See what your lawyer says but I'm betting you can't stop them. Best thing is to work with them. When they did the tube here they blew right through every tile outlet. Farms had flagged them and the crackhead lowlifes they had on the contractor crew just blew right through them unless you physically stood there and supervised them. Some farms tried to sue for damage to tiles and water lines and ended up with big lawyer bills. Good luck | |
