Did you get permission for all the stuff you’ve put in the right of way? They’re going to put the fiber in, no doubt about it. And they won’t be responsible for your stuff unless you’ve got some proof of permission to have it in the right of way. Common misconception but the right of way doesn’t belong to you, you can’t put anything into it, and you have no say in what gets done in it. At least that’s how it is here. We found out because we requested a new gas service that runs in the right of way along a road for about 400’ that sliced up a neighbors septic field (in the right of way) when it was installed. Neighbor was pissed at us, the utility company, and the county for how things went down and made a huge deal of it but at the end of the day he actually ended up losing a garage that encroached on the right of way as well.
