North Mississippi Delta / Alabama Gulf Coast		I have same thing along with the scaly spots on my hands and tops of my ears.

I use 100 sunscreen on my face, ears and arms daily. Or at least I try too.

It has helped a lot along with a big brimmed hat to keep the sun off of me, ESPECIALLY since I am red headed!
