Southern Indiana		We re-insulated about 2 years ago. Replaced the blown in with spray foam in the attic and crawl space and I would not have believed the difference had I not experienced it. Cut heating cost by half and can set the AC anywhere you want and it doesn't run constantly.
Only way to go.
