| I went with Triangle X outfitters based between Dubois and Jackson, been in business since the 20’ s. Fully outfitted, horseback hunt. Base camp is only couple miles from Yellowstone border. Was amazing experience, buddy and I both had our elk by 10:00 first morning of a ten day hunt. Suggest getting mule deer tags to occupy rest of allotted time. It’s a draw license application, doubt you be lucky enough for ‘26. Suggest getting in the que though. | |
