Northeast ks | I don't know if I have ever seen soffit vents in a 100 year old farmhouse around here, although most didn't have a lot of insulation either. Since you have all the insulation out, I would add some vents, probably cut the hole from the outside. Then put vent screen over the hole. Then you would need a Styrofoam extender on the inside so your insulation won't block the hole. | |
