SW OH | 1999, I think. I might still have some of the correspondence from it. It was all over 1 of those guys that drive around with a freezer full of meat that try and sell you "premium steaks". So at the time i would guess the roller thing was the way to go. I still have hard feelings about the way Capitol One treated me throughout the almost 2 year ordeal.
