Doesn't have to be a BlackStone, but the BlackStone seem to heat a bit more evenly. As a rule of thumb, the heaver/thicker the top cooking surface is, the more even the heat.

One bit of advice I will give, is get a big one. That way, with a little planning, you can have everything hot and ready at the same time, instead of having to eat in 'waves' as things get cooked. When my wife got ours I though it was huge, but she can make burgers, veggies, and hash browns at the same time so they are all ready together.
