west central Iowa | I grill as often as possible, nothing better than a charcoal grilled ribeye. Do hamburgers a lot always do extra to reheat. We use a Weber smokey mountain smoker that works as a grill too, when I have time. If in a hurry I'll use the gas grill. If I can't cook outside I use the air fryer for steaks and burgers, I bought a ninja double basket air fryer so we could do more at once.
Next project is to start making our own chunk charcoal out of small scraps from firewood. Lot of videos on YouTube show how to do it. | |
