Western Oregon
I just use a small thin light carbon steel griddle that I carried in the RV. Used over an open campfire. Makes the best hash browns ever. baked potatoes and vegy foil pouches too. Love it for fajitas and fish tacos, meat and tortilla all at once. Just wipe with a paper towel and vinegar spray bottle when a little warm and put away until next time, wipe with paper towel and water. Son loves it on his little charcoal grill too. Very quick to heat and go....James
