I have been following your posts on the subject and they are accurate and pretty much spot on and hopefully you helped to clear the air on the subject. I had prostate cancer at sixty one and it went pretty much the way you stated in comments. When I found out I got a second opinion and did allot of research on the subject, and opted for the robotic surgery. I didn't mess around and got it done as soon as possible even though the first Dr. said I could take a wait and see approach. Things went smooth with no real after effects. I get tested every 6 months and just recently PSA was nondetectable. Surgery was 13 years ago. My brother had seeds planted in his early 50's and is still doing good at 76. I know of some that were not as lucky as my brother and I. I feel early detection is key. So I recommend you do allot of research on it and do what you think is best for you.
