The Deere dealer in my area was a two store chain parts guy closest too me had to have something on someone he was beyond worthless.  Across state chain bought them out.   Salesman cornered me after the transaction about doing more business with them I explained my dislike with the parts department.  He told me the ink wasn’t dry on the deal yet when they canned the parts guy.  They eventually became part of the Hutson’s chain.   Last fall blew up my AWS fan wife called local store they didn’t have it but store across state had it and he held it for us. Even have that with NH hay parts we’ve called for parts and sometimes it took 3 stores to complete the order but they did and it’s heading my way.  Every year more models to carry parts for and they are more spendy so dealer overhead gets worse can’t blame them.
