12 illegals were discovered on I10 between Huston and San Antonio riding in hollowed out big round bales of hay. They were being pulled down the highway by an F250 driven by Delbert Flanders of Kansas. Anybody heard of him? Don't miss the 5 pics in the viewer in the center of the article.
