NW Iowa | Exstockman, get on Google earth and type in Deerfield Kansas. Once you find the town zoom down fairly close and scroll over about a mile or so east of town. There is an old feedlot that now is set up to take in day old dairy heifers and raise them up to milking age. When the cows leave they are bred and ready to go to a dairy. They have a couple thousand calf huts in long rows. A friend drove me through the place. It’s just awesome. | |
