| Took it and I have taken it or similar many times. Mostly for promotions or advancement reviews in my off farm job
They all come back similar so there must be some common logic in it
Funny thing is as I read my results I don’t see myself as extreme as they make me out to be but my wife, children and co workers all say yep spot on
Guess I am really am less emotionally sympathetic and hard nosed than I think I am
Generally just think others are not as driven to conquer the world as I am.
Diversity makes the world go round and keeps it interesting
