South Central MN | I don't specifically know about the advertised online therapy sites, but many therapists offer it virtually. Our daughter did counseling virtually (I think she used zoom) during some extremely trying times during the beginning of Covid, and she had great success. I believe she met with the therapist in person once, but that wasn't required.
