It sounds like you're using old lines before you had SF3? 

I'd forget about using the old lines if you're having to recenter and move them to get it right. SF3 is good enough to drive the boundaries and then use boundary track to go around the field. Or autopath boundaries to make the whole field plan. ( which is really just combining the boundary track and a straight line into one plan)
