| We just do a comparison whenever we feel like it. It is usually done if we are trying something different, or if the current product changes. I just pick out several test subjects and make a note of when they were installed and log when they wear out. I make sure to use mirrored locations and spread them out evenly. I also make little notes if their performance change at certain wear intervals. For instance, the Nichols sweeps we tried had trouble penetrating the tire tracks about the time that they and the CNH ones were half-wore. The CNH ones stayed in the ground, and naturally wore a little faster.
