West Central Illinois | Our farm is running a Fast 60’ 60” spacing NH3 side dress bar equipped with aNH3CO coolers, AgLeader rate controller, a raven master valve and KZValve section shutoffs (only 3 on this unit). Before I went to the field, I’ve pressure tested and soaped the bar, found no leaks along with no sign of blow bye in the coolers. When I get to the field, I crack the valve on the tank and noticed vapor, eventually NH3, running into the section manifolds.
Master is off, sections off. Liquid is being pushed through gauges that monitor vapor pressure I’ve attached pictures of the layout. Has anyone had both coolers fail before?
