Central ND | IDK.... I think mine has been up there on the hill reliably since about 2016-2017. I have put the cup spinner cartridge in now. I had it out and oiled it up several years ago and it lasted until January but now the bearings were quite loose so I replaced that part with an eBay part I bought several years ago when I oiled up the original. In the last several days the directional indication has been hit and miss.
