North Central Indiana | No need to defend your farming practices to me, everyone is entitled to do it their own way! I’m just poking fun at your poking fun. I stand by my last line, not that it’s a horrible thing but a stereotype is usually earned not given. Heck we do a little of it all around here. Disk chisel *gasp* *shudder* “call the overlords!” in the fall on some ground, and a finisher in the spring. Spring strips, strips through rye, no till, no till through rye, single finisher or disk pass. Only thing we won’t do is run a VT. Talk about tillage without a purpose imo. Dealer brought a few out to try probably 10 years ago now, ran them in the middle of a field with no till on one side and the whole package on the other side | |
