NorthCentral Illinois | Been planting 15 inch wheat for 4 years now and been pleased with yields within 10 bushels of neighbor that plants in 7.5 inch rows. As far as weed control do a fall burn down if field has a history of winter annuals. Or there is a herbicide Powerflex that I’ve used with N application in spring that has good residual but depending on app date might not be able to plant double crop beans. | |
