Kolorado | Should be able to search and find a chart that recommends drill spacing for a given yield range.
Do know you can grow 100 bushel wheat with a 12 inch spacing, just not as ideal as 10 or 7.5.
Anyways, I don't see why you couldn't get 75-80 with 15 inch. And could always plant it twice in an X pattern or split rows for 7.5 if you found you're consistently beating your yield goals and want to push it.
