No,
Within the last 5 years and within 5 miles of me in central Missouri
I know of at least 5 producers that no longer have cows from 20-150 head. Renters have stepped up on 2 of those places but I don't think either of those are at carrying capacity.
One place got converted to row crop. other 2 are hayed.
