NW Iowa. / SW Arizona | We’ve got a good friend that had a stroke on Monday. She is still in the hospital with some side effects from the stroke. She has a iPhone but she can’t remember the password code to open it up. The facial recognition feature worked briefly but quite working. She has a son that lives 650 miles from her that came to be with her at the hospital and he has tried to find the password in her house but hasn’t succeeded yet.
There is a feature to reset the phone but obviously she doesn’t want to do that.
We’re looking for any suggestions on how to open the locked phone without losing any data.
My wife and I never thought about it before but we are going to give our sons the code to unlock our phones for just in case this happens to us. | |
