Southern Indiana | Few years ago a car ran off the highway and hit a corner post (railroad tie) and tore it completely out of the ground. Rocky ground so only 2 feet in the ground in concrete. I tried for a week to find out who the insurance company was from the sheriff's dept and finally just gave up. Very frustrating. | |
