Pretty simple, send the 50 people out in a cornfield when it is pollinating.
The last one to leave the field has the wherewithal to be a good agronomist.
Same way with trying to figure out who’s going to be a good farmer.
Turn a piece of farm ground over to him and see what he does with it.
Incredibly easy to become a farmer.
