when you burn that gas does that mercaptan smell tend to dissipate. Would be using for a large gas grill and would hate for my meat to smell and taste like mercaptan.
Interesting as something never thought about when grilling with Propane and if the odorants added burns off or has any affect on what is on the grill.
Mercaptan is naturally in onions,garli,radishes...
