central WI | Yeah I had parts issues for a 21 Ram with Cummins. Check engine came on, needed a sensor for DEF system, was on backorder, took couple weeks to get, then another week or so for dealer to have time, whatever truck was still driveable. Couple weeks later, check engine light again, same sensor, this time they checked the sensor it was fine, decided I needed a new dpf, that's on backorder, took another 3 weeks to get that. When they took old dpf off it was full of chunks of turbo vanes. Oh you need a new turbo now that's on backorder, this time they wouldn't let me keep driving it and it was another 2 weeks to get a turbo. What really pissed me off was I could order a turbo from multiple aftermarket sources and have it shipped next day but this was all under warranty so had to deal with their BS. | |
