New Castle, PA | Know the feeling . Needed a part for fuel system on Ram 3500. Our dealer , a single location dealer, was told none available for 6-8 weeks , but mega dealer in Ohio had 20+ on stock but would not transfer .We had to go to Ohio to get it as they would not even ship it to us . Then listened to the story how they are better at taking care of customers than the single store locations | |
