Iowa | Tell them to match the co2 pipelines- that would be “fair market value” - which as another poster has said is around 2x land value for acre’s effected. Keep in mind that it’s pretty well established they have right of eminent domain, so I wouldn’t expect them to do any more than buy the acre. | |
