1980s Utility 43' Flatbed trailer setup to tender.

Tires and brakes are 50% +

1 year ago the whole kingpin was rebuilt with heavier 3/8 plate

2x 2750 gallon water tanks
1x 30 gallon cone tank

There is room for 4 shuttles on one side and 1 shuttle plus boxes on the other side next to pump.

The whole trailer is plumbed 3", the tanks are connected under the deck to keep it clean.

3" fill on either side of trailer 

1 year old Kohler 14hp electric start motor and John Blue wet seal pump

The metering system is set up to suck chemical out of shuttle in with the flow of water, there is a digital meter to easily measure each chemical. its set up to be able to pull out of 5 different shuttles through the pump, and a 6th shuttle hooked up to the sotera pump filling the cone.

Average fill time for a 1200 gallon sprayer with water and 80-100 gallon of 6 different chemicals is 6-7 minutes. Its fast

I am going to a newer and shorter trailer, otherwise this is a great setup.
