Well maintained Cat 45 tractor on only second owner at the same farm for the past 12 years. Good 16” tracks, probably around 65-70% tread. Wide Stance for row crop at 120” center. 9605 hrs but very nice for age and hrs. Transmission was rebuilt at 4000hrs. Engine had new fuel injection pump at around 6500hrs and the pump was turned up to higher hp to match what a Cat 55 would be. Also has custom made 500gal Stainless Steel saddle tanks and brackets available as well if interested. Always stored inside, serviced yearly. PTO, 3 pt with quick hitch, 4 remotes. Serviced and cleaned in our shop this winter with all the Hydro and Engine filters changed. Ready to go to the field. Just selling because it was an unneeded extra taking up space in the shed.
