1984 Gleaner F3. Diesel, hydrostat. 4wd. Working AC. Under 2500 engine hours.

Has nearly new Trimpe wide spaced cylinder bars to increase capacity and ability to cut tougher crop. Many new belts and bearings.

Mechanically it’s pretty sound. Hydro and engine are both strong, no holes or issues in the grain pans or tank. Elevator chains are good.

Includes several spare parts, and a spare, used front drive tire could be available.

Currently using a Bish adapter to run a John Deere 915 platform. Platform is in very good condition, runs and feeds crop much more evenly than the 315 gleaner platform ever did. Has SS floor and poly skids. Has been modified to allow the use of the gleaner factory reel speed control, using a gleaner pump and speed control driven off the right side header driveshaft. That could be removed to return to deere factory condition if you wanted to split it back up.

Adapter allows the use also of any John Deere x43 or x93 corn head. A 443 would be a great fit.

Nothing was permanently modified on either the head or the combine to make it all work. Adapter could be removed and combine used with any gleaner F head.

Header cart isn’t long distance road worthy, but will move around farmstead, or hold the head up in storage.

This machine is very light and can run when many others are rained out. With the aggressive cylinder bars it will run quite well for a machine of its class, but still doesn’t cause much grain damage. I was cutting 50-70bu beans last fall at 3+mph, and producing a good sample.

Hadn’t planned to move it on, but took on more acres, and decided to upgrade machines.

Asking $10,000 for the complete set up...combine, platform, header cart, adapter, and spare parts.
