We are a fourth generation, family-owned row crop operation looking for a full-time Assistant Crop Manager. Responsibilities would include, but not limited to, equipment operation, crop scouting, developing crop protection programs, work with precision ag components, analyze precision data, work in grain storage system, grain transport, perform equipment and farm maintenance, and any other activities needing to be done. We operate on a "all hands on deck" mentality when it comes to work and job responsibilities. Must be able and willing to obtain CDL and Private Pesticide Applicators License. Must be able and willing to work in dusty conditions. Must have basic knowledge in agronomy, grain drying and storage, equipment operation, and crop farming practices.
