John Deere 220 Flex head With Crary Air Reel and Killbros Header Cart
Head was completely rebuilt in 2017 with less than 300 acres on the following parts:

-New knives and guards
-New steel skid plates and poly skid covers
-New poly trough liner
-New reel fingers
-New poly auger fingers
-New plastic reel bearings
-Remanufactured auger with new center section from Schmidt Machine Company
-New Bearings in idler gears for reel
-Aftermarket Poly Crop Divider Kit -narrower than factory steel dividers for less crop damage and the front nose piece is removable for easy transport - These are $1500 from Sloan Express.

This Head is is good shape and air reel works good. Has switch that goes in combine cab to control the direction of the air. We ran this on a secondary machine and sold that machine last year so we no longer need the head. We ran it on a 7720 and the previous owners ran it on a 4420 and 9500. Only thing it needs is belts for the left side fan. The cart is a 25ft killbros header cart with extendable tounge and lights. Will seperate but will not sell cart before head. $3,000 for head and $2,000 for the cart or $4,500 for head and cart.
