For sale is our custom built 12/16 row side dress rig. 11/15 coulter at 30 inch spacing. Started off with a fast sprayer chassis , a 7x7 hinicker cultivator bar ( factory bars are 5x7 ) and we had this built based off a fast applicator. Many of the components for the build were bought directly from Fast. Rig structurally is built heavier than a 60 foot applicator.
After build was completed everything but the coulters got sand blasted and powder coated. To switch from 11 coulter to 15 coulter the wing extensions bolt on with 4 bolts and the hoses have quick connections and ball valves.
1650 gallon tank, 14.9x46 tires, all plumbing is new , clymer counters with new blades , new knives , rebuilt hydraulic hypro pump, completely new raven system run by a 440 raven( 440 not included with sale), 2 section shut offs , hand rinse tank, stabilizer wheels on bar. If don't want knives on the units I have the parts to switch it back to stream injection behind the coulters.
Was built last year and has only 500 acres on since. This is essentially a brand applicator that was professionally built by a local shop.
This is you chance to get a new high quality rig for considerably less than a new or a used units.
