35' 8200 flex head for sale. The only reason I am considering selling this head is i have finally found a smaller head that i like that fits our operation better. We do not have remotely close to the acres to justify this size head. I have owned it for 4 years and it has worked perfectly. When i bought the combine the guy would not separate it so we ran it.

Has single point hook up, good poly, full fingers, SCH cutterbar AND SCH drive. The only thing it could use is a few new teeth on the reel from me accidently cutting some off in a draw once. Doesn't affect performance, just annoys me so i have been putting on a few every year and am probably 50 or so away from having the worst ones all replaced. Head has a Phoenix reel kit that was put on before I bought it. Works excellent and was from a business in Indiana (where the head came from) I talked to him before i bought the head and he had also beefed up the supports inside the auger as well (guess this was a issue with some of these heads. The best way to describe this phoenix reel is it is like the orbit reel kits only better, It kinda scoops the beans into the auger and allows you to run the reel clear back, yet still get close to the ground. Fore and aft is no longer needed and was removed from the head. I can send his number if you want to talk to him. From what i researched this was not cheap to do and manual says it has a lifetime warranty, but since i never had any trouble with it i never put that to the test.


Priced at auction price for a quick sale. If the head i am looking at gets sold then i will not be selling this head
