Cliff notes, I bought/have a Raven Cruizer II that does not work. My farm hands will not touch anything but a Cruizer,  let alone our newer precision system CNH/Trimble, EZ Steer, etc. Raven will not repair and there is only one part that prevents repair, its one of the chips that has their proprietary firmware on it. I am looking for a donor/spare/parts to get either the chip or board.
I sent this unit out and got corroborating information that its that chip, which exists/is available, but not with the firmware.I am also leveraging a "right-to-repair" angle with Raven to see if that goes anywhere.
