Any good planter salvage yards for John Deere planters?

cowboycorn, I sent you an email, but will give quick reply. From what I can tell, the front fold flex planters, 12, 16 and 24 rows were the only ones that needed the rephasing kit. The 24 row front fold came with this from the factory. In your case, you may need to rebuild the lift cylinders. We have found that by putting the safety blocks on the cylinders at night, the neighbors planter will stay phased longer. I always make sure my planter is lowered at night, folded or unfolded. It seems if the planter is allowed to settle, this is when the cylinders get out of phase.
