SW NE | We are making four new pastures, about 12 acres each. There are a few large tree lines that we want to preserve for wind protection and shade for the calves. We've been advised that we need to j stall fence on both sides of the tree lines to keep the calves away from the trees or eventually the trees will die from the calves rubbing on them, etc. Is this correct?
Calves will weigh 300-500 lbs.... | |
