Jefferson, SD		So much of the data they use for this type of analysis is sketchy at best.

After 2012 they were talking about areas of the corn belt becoming too arid to produce crops.

I would argue that equipment advances and efficiency have allowed vast improvement in Farmers abilities to hit optimal windows.
